Who runs this site

Custom Auto Care runs this website and decides what happens with the details you give it. FlowWays provides the booking system behind it and handles your details only for Custom Auto Care.

What this site collects

• When you book: your name, email and phone number, the service and time you pick, any note you add, and whether you want text reminders.
• When you send the contact form: your name, the email or phone number you give, and your message.
• Where you came from: the ad, search or website you came here from, and the first page you opened. Nothing else about your device.
• When you ask for a copy of your details or for them to be deleted: your name, email and what you asked for.

Why

Custom Auto Care uses your details for these things only:

• To confirm your booking, send the reminders you asked for and tell you about changes to it.
• To reply to your messages.
• To keep a record of past visits and payments, as a business has to for its accounts.
• To see which ads and pages bring Custom Auto Care its customers.

Who else handles your details

These companies handle your details for Custom Auto Care, each for one job, and only to do it:

• Vercel: runs the servers this website answers from.
• Supabase: stores the booking and contact records.
• Resend: delivers the booking emails.

How long your details stay

Your booking and contact records stay on file until Custom Auto Care deletes them or you ask for them to be deleted. A record tied to a payment stays as long as accounting rules require, with your name and contact details taken off.

The cookie with where you came from ends after 90 days.

What we never do

Custom Auto Care doesn't sell your details or share them for advertising. This site has no advertising trackers and no outside analytics: no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag.

Cookies and browser storage

This site keeps only these in your browser:

• hub_src: where you came from (see above). It holds no name, email or phone number, and ends after 90 days.
• The sign-in cookie, for Custom Auto Care's own team on its owner pages. Visitors never get it.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the details Custom Auto Care keeps about you, or for them to be deleted, with the form below.
• Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link at the end of any of them. Booking confirmations and reminders still come.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and Custom Auto Care doesn't knowingly collect their details. If a child under 13 sent details here, ask for them to be deleted with the form below.
